welcome

This sweet baby was one I’ve been expecting for a while.. his mama is one of my oldest and dearest friends, and so I’ve been just about as excited about this little guy as if I were the one expecting! And since we all know THAT’S not happening.. I have to be living through the bellies of my buddies!

He arrived just a few short weeks ago, nice and chubby (just like my girls.. that must be my DNA somehow seeping through!) and just as precious as can be! And the only one more excited about his arrival than me or mom? The impossibly proud and stunningly beautiful big sister of course! She waited sooo patiently for her turn for a picture, and was the most cooperative almost-3-year-old I’ve ever photographed with a newborn! I couldn’t be more pleased with the results, and I can’t wait to watch him grow! (Although I do fully plan to have a discussion with him about ALTERNATIVE options for higher education.. ahem…)
